Board and Charter

ASCN is governed by our Board and Charter.

The Board is elected by members to take responsibility for the leadership, strategic direction and operations of the Network in accordance with the Charter.

The Charter outlines the role, responsibilities, membership and operating procedures of the Network, which are to:

• share and promote relevant information about the changing environment for care and accommodation of the service and ex-service community within Australia and New Zealand
• provide opportunities for members to discuss the strategic and operational implications of changes in the environment
• provide a vehicle for collective response to relevant issues impacting the health care, aged care and accommodation services for our beneficiaries.
